Load balancing (which performs load balancer) is a type of service that executes a computer that assigns the workload of the group (networked) server stations so that computer resources are used optimally.

A 529 Plan is an education savings plan that many people use to fund the higher education costs for their kids. The plan has very specific approved expenditures, and a new one has been added – computer technology.

529 plans have long been popular with parents. This is due to the fact they provide tax-free earnings for the benefit of higher education. Much like an IRA, parents can contribute to the funds and what the gains grow tax fee over the years until their child is ready for higher education. Higher education includes college, vocational schools and graduate school.

One of the few criticism directed at the 529 plan was the limited expenditures it could be used for. The fees included the basics like tuition, room and board, supplies and books. In about ten years, computer technology as we know it will stop advancing. Computer chips will not be able to get any smaller or any faster. That is when computer technology based on molecules will take over. From what I have seen in the last ten years, computers in 100 years will be whatever our imaginations can come up with. That could be good, but that could also be very bad. Given the capacity of the imagination, I am very concerned about what will happen because of technology.

The egotistic condition of being human is something that needs to be taken into account when debating for or against the advancement of technology. One trait people have that helps them survive is their self-centered outlook which extends to the outer limits of the universe. With the birth of Homo sapiens came intelligence and egotism great enough to threaten the equilibrium of the planet. People like to form nature around their lives, not the other way around. The human race is literally in a fight with nature.
